General
These terms of service apply to all purchases made on D.HOPE's webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Ordering
When you place an order on our webshop, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. D.HOPE reserves the right to cancel orders if there are errors in pricing, stock status, or other technical issues.

Prices and Payment
All prices on the webshop are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. D.HOPE reserves the right to change prices without notice. Payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the webshop. Payment will be charged only when the item is shipped.

Delivery
D.HOPE offers delivery within Denmark and to selected other countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. Any delivery costs will be provided during the ordering process.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. To return an item, you must contact us at hello@ddhope.dk and return the item in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@dhope.dk within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund according to applicable Danish law.

Personal Data
D.HOPE processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
D.HOPE is not liable for delays or damages arising from external factors, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, or similar conditions. D.HOPE's total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the item.

Changes to Terms
D.HOPE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to stay updated on any changes.
