1. General
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the D.HOPE online store at dhope.dk.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
D.HOPE is operated as a sole proprietorship by the owner of D.HOPE.
2. Products and Product Information
D.HOPE offers faith-inspired clothing and accessories.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information on the website are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Our products may be produced on demand. This means that an item may be manufactured after an order has been placed rather than being held as traditional stock.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging that your order has been received.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped.
D.HOPE reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
D.HOPE accepts the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment processing is handled through the payment provider(s) offered by Shopify and/or other payment partners.
5. Delivery
D.HOPE currently ships to selected countries within Europe.
Because our products may be made on demand, an order may require production time before it is shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, production time and shipping carrier.
Any available estimated delivery time and shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process.
D.HOPE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, subject to applicable law and any legal exceptions.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal.
The original standard delivery cost will generally be refunded when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will generally not be refunded.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including goods that are genuinely made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. The fact that a product is produced using print-on-demand does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact:

Consumers have statutory rights regarding goods that are defective or do not conform to the purchase agreement. EU rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods, subject to applicable national rules.

All content on the D.HOPE website, including logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text, product images and other materials, is owned by or licensed to D.HOPE unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
D.HOPE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, customs delays or other extraordinary circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
D.HOPE may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of Denmark, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers in their country of residence.
Consumers within the EU retain any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
