Order Cancellation Policy
Because D.HOPE products are made to order, orders are sent for production shortly after they are placed.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
I will do my best to accommodate your cancellation request if your order has not yet entered production.
Once production has started, it may no longer be possible to cancel or make changes to the order.
Changes to an Order
If you need to change your delivery address, size, colour or another order detail, please contact me as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered production.
Orders Already in Production or Shipped
If your order has already entered production or been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
However, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Depending on your circumstances, you may still have the right to withdraw from your purchase after receiving the order. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Refunds
If your cancellation is accepted before production begins, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
